Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using https://brewiqcoffee.in you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. We may update these terms; the "last updated" date reflects the current version and continued use constitutes acceptance.
Orders & Pricing
All prices are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. An order is an offer to buy; it is accepted when we confirm it. We may decline or cancel an order (with a full refund) for reasons including item unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
Payments
Online payments are collected via Razorpay. "Pay at counter" and "pay on delivery" orders must be paid in full at collection or delivery. Failure to collect a prepaid order does not automatically entitle you to a refund; contact us and we will assess case by case.
1% Club Rewards
Stamps and Aura points have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may expire or be adjusted if earned through error or abuse. We may modify or discontinue the programme with reasonable notice.
Acceptable Use
Use the site for lawful personal purposes only. Do not attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, scrape content at scale, or resell our products without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, BrewIQ Coffee Co. is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under law, including under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi.
