Café Orders
You can cancel a café order for a full refund any time before it enters "preparing". Once preparation has started we may not be able to cancel — contact us immediately and we will do what we can.
Shop Orders
Shop orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before dispatch. After dispatch, use the Refund Policy once the order is delivered.
Subscriptions
Pause, skip, or cancel a coffee subscription from your account before the next scheduled dispatch. A delivery that has already been prepared or dispatched cannot be cancelled.
Refund Timeline
Approved cancellation refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
