Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly — name, email, phone number, delivery address, and order history — when you create an account, place an order, join the 1% Club, or contact us. Phone-number verification is handled by Firebase Authentication. We also collect limited technical data (device type, IP address, pages visited) via cookies and analytics.
How We Use Your Information
We use your data to process and fulfil orders, send order and delivery updates, operate the 1% Club rewards programme, respond to enquiries, prevent fraud and abuse, and — where you have not opted out — send occasional offers. We do not sell your personal data.
Payments
Card, UPI, wallet, and net-banking payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store your full card number or UPI PIN. Razorpay's handling of payment data is governed by its own privacy policy and PCI-DSS obligations.
Sharing & Third Parties
We share data only with service providers who help us run BrewIQ — payment (Razorpay), cloud hosting and database (Google Firebase / Vercel), email delivery (Resend), and analytics — and only to the extent needed to provide their service. We may disclose data where required by law.
Retention & Security
We keep order and account records for as long as your account is active and thereafter as required for tax and accounting law. We apply reasonable technical and organisational security measures; no internet transmission is completely secure.
Your Rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and withdraw consent for marketing. Email hello@brewiqcoffee.in and we will respond within 30 days.
