Café Orders
Dine-in, takeaway, and local delivery orders are fulfilled from our Hauz Khas roastery. Estimated preparation time is shown at checkout and updated on your order tracker. Local delivery availability and radius depend on the outlet and time of day.
Shop Delivery (Beans & Merchandise)
Orders confirmed before 2:00 pm IST on a working day are usually dispatched the same day. Standard delivery across India takes 3–5 working days; metro pin codes are typically faster. A tracking link is sent by email when your order ships.
Charges
Delivery charges, if any, are shown at checkout before payment. Promotional free-shipping thresholds are stated on the relevant campaign. Remote-area surcharges, where they apply, are displayed at checkout.
Delays & Issues
If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, email hello@brewiqcoffee.in with your order number and we will investigate within 24 working hours.
